The pace of construction seems to have slowed on the Diamond Head end with a few elements added by subcontractors. Hard plumbing and electrical tubing in the process of being laid down. Note most of the heavy excavating equipment have been taken away. (01/13/09)

Heavy overnight rains contributed to muddy and consequently unworkable conditions. Over a dozen workers were gathered to start the day, but were sent away shortly thereafter. Note that work has begun on a hollow tile retaining wall along the makai perimeter of the property. (11/12/09)

Construction Complaints 10/21/2009
There’s growing sentiment from the residents of both Craigside Towers that the construction work of 15 Craigside is going well beyond what is considered reasonable. On some days, work begins as early as 7:30 am and may go until 6:00 pm (or even later).
15 Craigside: Chapel debris cleanup continues. 10/15/2009
The Chapel’s rubble being sorted for haul away. What was once the main courtyard is now nothing but a patch of dirt. The administration building is to be demolished next. (10/10/09)

Just did a walk around the entire 15 Craigside property and there is absolutely no activity going on at all. Its funny, but once September 1 rolled around, everything stopped. All of the pictures below were taken in August 2009, and nothing has changed since. Are potential financing problems looming on the horizon?
